To sign you up as a Retailer of our products, we will require your
TAX RESALE NUMBER
and a copy of your certificate. Due to the exclusive nature and limited production of our product, distance
between retailers will be limited geographically. Linens
may be ordered in sets or as individual pieces. All
accessories are available separately.
As these items are handmade, orders can take up to 10 weeks for
delivery.
All items remain the
property of
until paid for in full.
Checks accepted under
following conditions: orders will be placed with the manufacturer only after
funds have cleared.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All prices
and specifications are subject to change without prior

Warthog Way™ bedding may only be sold by approved retailers/ distributors.
1)
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and EXCLUDE shipping and insurance
costs.
2)
ALL orders are PREPAID and remain the property of
until paid for in full.
3)
We accept payment by Business checks, Money orders,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
4)
All orders are made to order and decorated by hand, so delivery can take 8–10
weeks. The commencement of this lead-time is effective from the DATE OF
DEPOSIT PAYMENT. Although every effort is made to meet our delivery date, lead
times cannot be guaranteed and Warthog Way™ cannot be held financially
responsible for late shipments.

Standard shipping is with FedEx Ground service or USPS
Priority Mail depending on the size of the order.
Warthog Way™’ reserves the right to terminate any account that they believe is
not maintaining the standards set forth in their full terms and
conditions/agreement.
RETURN POLICY
We are very proud of the
quality of our linens and hope that you will be perfectly satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise to arrange for a refund.
This applies to all regularly stocked items mailed to U.S. addresses.
Non-returnable items:
1. Special orders that
are made up to customer requests and not regularly featured for sale on our
website.
2. Merchandise shipped
internationally, including Canada
All items must be in the original packaging
and unused. We cannot accept a return of any item that indicates that it has
been used, or handled in such a manner that prevents us from reselling it. If
the product is opened, it must be re-packaged as originally shipped including
all tags and product inserts. Please note that there may be a 10% restocking
charge on all returned items that are not in original packaging. Warthog Way™
reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable
for return.
The sales receipt MUST
accompany returned items, so please retain a copy for your records.
If you are returning a
product because it is defective or we shipped you an item that you did not
order, Warthog Way™ will pay the return shipping costs and there will not be a
restocking charge.
Before returning your
purchase be sure to follow this simple process:
1. Call our toll-free number
1.877.454.6363 within ten (10) days of receipt to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside
of the shipping container.
2. Ship your return PREPAID
AND INSURED (for the full purchase price) using a trackable carrier such as
FedEx or UPS.
We recommend that you insure
the package for the full purchase price. Items damaged or lost without
adequate insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.
All items properly returned
under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price less the
restocking charge (if applicable) will be credited to the form of payment used
for the original purchase.
NOTE:
We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
